Tapping into the knowledge of our customers
ViewPoint is the portal and name of DNV GL – Business Assurance’s 'Customer Panel' Community, which today includes more than 8000 customers.
“The project began in February 2013, when we started asking our customers on a regular basis about their view and insight on key topics and trends through a series of surveys on topics around sustainable business performance,” says Project Manager Mauro Crippa in DNV GL – Business Assurance.
Today ViewPoint community members benefit from survey results, web-forums with our experts and peers, articles & videos from business thought leaders through bi-monthly Newsletters and active community members can be rewarded with free of charge public training or distance learning, among other things.
The ViewPoint editorial and analytic panel consists of a DNV GL – Business Assurance project team of subject matter experts, ;communication specialists, statistical experts and IT people. The surveys are conducted with the support of GFK international research institute and Cohn & Wolfe.
“Over the past two years, thousands of companies around the world - all DNV GL customers – have been involved in discussing hot topics relevant to how companies can build sustainable business performance, which is our core business in terms of helping companies create long-lasting value,” says Mauro Crippa.
Superior Achievement in Branding Reputation & Engagement
The SABRE Awards, which recognizes Superior Achievement in Branding Reputation Engagement, now attracts more than 2,000 entries from across the EMEA region each year.
The award ceremony will take place on the evening of 19 May at the Roundhouse London.
